I am the owner of a unit in a complex managed by Southern Strata. I am also on the Council of Owners. In the year we have had Southern Strata managing us we have had prompt responses to issues we have had and also regular updates to all Owners regarding any works in progress happening. Our contact is Bri Lavery and to this date with any issues/enquiries we have had she has always followed it up, been obliging, responsive and always kept us posted on the progress of the enquiry.
This is what we pay Strata fees for and we hope this kind of service will continue.

Excellent service. Incredibly responsive, know the strata laws and regulations inside out and help us manage compliance for our strata. On top of all the day to day management. Pool is spotless, tennis courts clean, gardens the envy of neighbouring blocks. Our strata has voted to continue their services for well over a decade, probably longer; I can only speak to how long I have dealt with them. They remain calm and professional even when dealing with recalcitrant tenants who have temper tantrums on google reviews over being told they are legally required to comply with the Strata Act in WA and are not legally allowed to drill into the outside wall of an adjacent unit to install a private washing line without permission.
